1. Check in before class :)
  2. Be on time – if you are late there is a buy in, it’s 5 Burpees per minute- DON’T just walk in and try to sneak into the class
  3. Listen to your coach – we know what we are talking about
  4. Don’t ignore injuries or uncertainty – ask for help
  5. Know who you are sweating with - say "hi" to new members
  6. Respect your equipment, your coaches and each other
  7. Don’t cheat - the only one you are lying to is yourself
  8. Don’t clean away your equipment until everyone is finished
  9. Support each other – you train as an individual, but we work out as a team
  10. Have fun! We take our job seriously in making sure you do.
